Next day delivery on 99% of all orders Shipping on the UK mainland is free for orders over £100.00. For orders under £100.00 we will charge a fixed rate of £5.00, no more.
For UK offshore dependencies, Northern Ireland and international locations we will provide a competitive courier quote. The delivery charge is different from country to country so Airhead Board Sports want to make sure you get the best rate and the best service we can provide.
All shipments will require a signature so please make sure there is someone in to take delivery, if our courier has to make a return trip to deliver your goods due to no fault of Airhead or the courier company you may be liable for the any extra charges incurred.

At Air Head we pride ourselves in offering an excellent service.
You have the right to return or exchange goods within 28 days from the arrival date of your parcel.
Returns are simple please read all below All returned items require a returns number, please contact our sales team to issue you with this number Airhead Board Sports Ltd want you to be satisfied with our service. You can return purchased goods within 28 days, providing they are still in an unused condition. Airheads Sales Team must receive written notice of your intention to return your products either via e-mail, fax or good old fashioned letter within 7 days of recieving your order. You will be refunded the purchase price or exchange of product. We will transfer the money back to you within 14 days of receiving the product. Postage costs will not be refunded
You don't have to give a reason for the return of goods but because we want to continue to improve our service, we ask you to help us through your comments.
Postage must be paid for all returned goods, as packages without postage paid and a returns number clearly marked on the out side of the parcel will not be accepted. If you have any problems please contact us;
